Yes, I think it is.
It is an issue for the vehicle manufacturer. The remit of the committee only extends to the
interface to (plug on) the vehicle and what might pass through that interface, not inside the
vehicle itself. That is supposed, rightly or wrongly, to be covered through the obligations of ISO
26262 on the vehicle manufacturer.
