Why should BSI know anything about this document?
It's a guide, so there is no voting and until it is published
will not appear in the BSI catalog.
And Peter is incorrect to claim that other standards will have to
conform to it; it's a "guide". Even if it was a full blown standard
there is no requirement for any other standard to follow anything
it defines, recommends, specifies, etc...
Like near all draft standards, you have to know the document number and
the committee involved if you are to stand any chance of locating
a copy. ISO and IEC make their money from membership fees and are
not friendly towards those who are trying to avoid the tax.
