In the U.S., the National Fire Protection Association is soliciting 
comments on its draft standard for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS)

In the spirit of all standard making organizations their web site is very 
unintuitive.

To make comments one must select the next edition tab (button?) and then 
under the first draft select View Public Input. I believe it will require 
a free account to do this, which will then give you access to the text of 
the proposal.
