[SystemSafety] IEC TR 63069

[paul cleary]

I note details for TC65/SC 65A/MT 61508-1-2, responsible for maintenance of parts 1, 
2,4,5,6,7

And 

MT 61508-3 responsible only for maintenance of Parts 3, 4, 6 & 7

Any ideas please?
