It is not only biulding cladding using alumimium-composite material (ACM) panels which is problematic.
A UK expert panel convened by HMG has been looking at high-pressure-laminate (HPL) panelling. This
is made of sheets of wood or paper infused with resin and compressed under heat. Apparently it is
liked inter alia because of the range of bright colours in which it is available, as in the building
in the picture in

HPL panels alone do not achieve Category A fire resistance, but some achieve Category B. An order
has been issued (Advice Note 22

saying that, on buildings over 18m tall (although "the principles may apply to other building
types"), HPL Category B with non-combustible insulation has been found to be fire-safe, but HPL
Category B with combustible insulation and HPL Categories C and D must be replaced. BS8414 testing
was used for this determination.
