That is one of five key documents entitled "Final Report"
* The Indonesian accident report by the KNKT
* The Ethiopian accident report by the Ethiopian AAIB
* The Joint Authorities Technical Review (JATR) report, October 11, 2019
* The US House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure report on the Design, Development and
Certification of the Boeing 737 MAX, September 2020
* The US Dept of Transportation Office of the Inspector General report that "Weaknesses in FAA’s
Certification and Delegation Processes Hindered Its Oversight of the 737 MAX 8", February 23, 2021
(this report).
Then there is also the short NTSB Safety Recommendation Report of 2019-09-19 following on its
participation in the Indonesian and Ethiopian accident investigations as agency of the state of
design and manufacture.
