All,

I have found references to what looks like a lot of
software reliability data.
J. D. Musa, "Software Reliability Data", Report-07981,
Bell Telephone Laboratories, 1979

The not so good news is that I cannot find a copy of
this report online, having checked all the usual
places.

Does anybody have a copy of this report, or even better
the data it appears to contain?
