Good news.

There were some mailing lists on the faculty site with public archives that should have been 
private. SysAdmin was notified of that a short while ago. Default should be "private" and SysAdmin 
toggled all list archives to be private. There is no policy issue involved. The systemsafetylist 
archive is now back to being public and the link from the info page works again.
