<p>I am no expert in such matters, but a response characteristic

the same pilot input results in an increasing plane response seems
to be an<br>
example of positive feedback which could lead to pilot induced
oscillation (PIO).<br>

So the plane might be stable if the pilot does nothing (PBLs
point?), <br>
but the <b>system</b> of (plane+pilot) might be unstable (Olwen's
point?).</p>
