No mention of being based on scientific principles. I can
see why software engineers would like this.
From what I have read about professional astrologers, they
are very methodical and disciplined when in comes to calculating
a clients horoscope.
Couldn't professional astrologers claim that they are adhering to NASA's
definition of systems engineering, with the system being the clients life?
